Founder & Principal
Valia founded VP Management Services after years of watching homeowners and investors navigate complex builds without a true advocate in their corner. She built the firm around a single conviction: the client deserves a representative whose only loyalty is to their interests — not to a trade, a supplier, or a bottom line that isn't theirs.
Her approach is rooted in protecting two things clients cannot afford to lose: their budget and their timeline. She believes that disciplined scope, transparent budgets, and relentless oversight are what separate a project that finishes beautifully from one that simply finishes.
For Valia, owner representation is more than a service — it's a responsibility. Every residence managed under her guidance reflects a partnership built on trust, clarity, and an exacting standard of craft.
